Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan pada CV Santi Jaya Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan pada  CV Santi Jaya Indonesia
