Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Dharma dalam Manajemen SDM di Lembaga Pendidikan Buddha: Pendekatan Humanistik di Era Digital

Abstract


Transformasi digital telah memberikan tantangan dan peluang baru dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM), khususnya di lembaga pendidikan Buddha. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak penerapan nilai-nilai Dharma dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lembaga pendidikan Buddha di era digital. Melalui kajian pustaka dan analisis bibliometrik terhadap studi dari tahun 2016 hingga 2024, ditemukan bahwa nilai-nilai Dharma seperti keadilan, integritas, dan empati dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, kesejahteraan psikologis, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja inklusif dan produktif. Implementasi nilai-nilai Dharma mencakup rekrutmen berbasis nilai, pengembangan berkelanjutan, manajemen kinerja, dan program kesejahteraan holistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara teknologi dan spiritualitas memperkuat budaya organisasi, keberlanjutan, dan reputasi lembaga. Integrasi nilai-nilai Dharma dalam manajemen SDM tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi tetapi juga kesejahteraan dan keterlibatan karyawan, menjadikannya penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan mendukung pertumbuhan pribadi serta spiritual.
