Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan dampak kesadaran situasi terhadap sistem manajemen keselamatan pada ground handling di Bandara Internasional PT. Gapura Angkasa Juanda Sidoarjo. Subjek adalah karyawan ground handling PT Gapura Angkasa Airport Service Juanda, dengan total 96 subjek sampel, dihitung pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% menggunakan rumus limeshow. Strategi pengambilan sampel penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, yang melihat hubungan antar variabel untuk menguji ide-ide tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel acak dasar. Dua skala kesadaran situasi dan skala Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan adalah alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini.
