Abstract

Di tengah pandemi, pembatasan aktivitas memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat Dumai, terutama mereka yang bekerja di bidang kewirausahaan dan usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM).  Sebagai bagian dari UMKM, Kelompok UP2K juga terkena dampaknya. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah tentang bagaimana resiliensi kelompok UP2K menghadapi pandemi di Kelurahan Bangsal Aceh, Kecamatan Sungai Sembilan, Kota Dumai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami Resiliensi Kelompok UP2K selama pandemi Covid-19 di Kelurahan Bangsal Aceh, Kecamatan Sungai Sembilan, Kota Dumai. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan memakai teknik observasi, wawancara dan juga dokumentasi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui indikator komptensi sosial, pemecahan masalah, kemandirian, dan orientasi masa depan, Kelompok UP2K Jambu Batu berhasil melewati pandemi Covid-19 dengan resiliensi yang positif.
