Cerita rakyat merupakan salah satu bentuk warisan budaya yang mengandung nilai-nilai kehidupan suatu masyarakat. Legenda Sangkuriang berasal dari tanah Priangan, Jawa Barat, yang mengisahkan konflik antara Sangkuriang dan Dayang Sumbi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam cerita tersebut melalui pendekatan struktural. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur terkait cerita rakyat dan budaya Sunda. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggali unsur-unsur cerita seperti alur, tokoh, latar, dan tema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa nilai budaya yang merepresentasikan etos kerja masyarakat Sunda, seperti kerjasama, tanggung jawab, dan kasih sayang. Melalui pendekatan struktural, penelitian ini dapat mengungkap makna mendalam dan representasi nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam cerita rakyat Sangkuriang.
