Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan guru dalam penarapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah kajian literatur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kesulitan Guru dalam Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi dengan melakukan pencarian literatur menggunakan basis data akademis seperti Jurnal. Dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru menghadapi sejumlah tantangan dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan guru mencakup keterampilan teknologi, persepsi terhadap manfaat teknologi dalam pembelajaran, dukungan institusional, dan kendala infrastruktur. Dalam meningkatkan penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru, memberikan pelatihan dan dukungan yang memadai, serta memperhatikan infrastruktur yang diperlukan. Kolaborasi antara pihak institusi pendidikan, guru, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya juga penting dalam merancang kebijakan dan program yang mendukung penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran
