Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji penggunaan semantik dalam kumpulan cerpen "Mencari Aku di Dalam Aku" oleh Sumiyati, S.Ag. dan Khaidar Naufal Pasingsingan. Melalui pendekatan analisis semantik, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana elemen-elemen seperti metafora, simbolisme, dan konotasi digunakan untuk memperdalam makna dan memperkaya narasi cerpen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa yang kaya dan berlapis-lapis memainkan peran penting dalam menggambarkan tema introspeksi dan pencarian identitas, memberikan pengalaman yang mendalam bagi pembaca. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang bagaimana cerpen sebagai bentuk sastra dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk refleksi dan pemahaman diri.
