Abstract

Integrasi filsafat pendidikan dan budaya global merupakan pendekatan strategis untuk mewujudkan pendidikan berkelanjutan yang relevan di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai lokal dapat dipadukan dengan budaya global untuk menciptakan kurikulum yang inklusif dan adaptif. Kajian dilakukan melalui metode analisis literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ini dapat memperkuat identitas lokal melalui pengajaran nilai-nilai kearifan tradisional seperti gotong royong, toleransi, dan pelestarian lingkungan, sekaligus meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap isu global seperti keberlanjutan, keadilan sosial, dan hak asasi manusia. Teknologi pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam memperluas akses pembelajaran dan memfasilitasi kolaborasi antarbudaya. Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital dan ketidakseimbangan antara nilai lokal dan global memerlukan solusi berbasis kebijakan yang komprehensif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa integrasi filsafat pendidikan dan budaya global tidak hanya relevan dalam mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan tetapi juga penting untuk menciptakan generasi yang kompeten secara global dengan akar budaya yang kuat. Saran utama meliputi pengembangan kurikulum berbasis keberlanjutan, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mendukung implementasi pendidikan multikultural yang efektif.
