Model Pembelajaran Picture and Picture Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Sejarah Siswa Kelas XI 1 di SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran sejarah kelas XI 1 di SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru melalui penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan instrumen yang digunakan yaitu modul ajar sebagai perangkat pembelajaran dan lembar observasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebanyak 26 siswa (60,46%) mencapai ketuntasan, sedangkan 17 siswa belum tuntas sehingga belum memenuhi target. Pada siklus II, jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 36 siswa (83,72%) mencapai ketuntasan, sedangkan 7 siswa belum tuntas. Pencapaian ini telah melampaui target ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 80%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model picture and picture efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah.
