Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru Agama Buddha Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMA Bhakti karya Kaloran

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara ilmiah sejauh mana kompetensi profesional guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik beragama Buddha di SMA Bhakti Karya Kaloran Tahun Akademik 2024/2025. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 25 peserta didik beragama Buddha dari kelas X, XI, dan XII. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru dengan tingkat motivasi belajar peserta didik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi profesional guru, maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, peran guru yang profesional sangat penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mampu mendorong semangat belajar peserta didik.
