Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Program Keluarga Berencana dan Perempuan Bekerja terhadap Pertumbuhan Penduduk di Kota Medan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder time series dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun dari periode tahun 2018 hingga tahunn 2022. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari website Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Medan. Data yang ada diolah dengan menggunakan program komputer eviews versi 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keluarga Berencana (KB) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Pertumbuhan Penduduk. Sedangkan Wanita yang bekerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan penduduk di Kota Medan.
