Abstract

Kasus narkoba yang melibatkan Inspektur Jenderal Polisi Teddy Minahasa adalah salah satu skandal polisi terbesar dalam sejarah. Penelitian ini memeriksa peristiwa tersebut secara kronologis, membahas pasal-pasal hukum yang dilanggar, hukuman yang dijatuhkan, dan bagaimana hal itu berdampak pada pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis untuk memberikan gambaran lengkap tentang kasus ini dan bagaimana peristiwa tersebut mencerminkan krisis moralitas dan integritas di kalangan penegak hukum.
