Sistem Layanan Kesejahteraan Dengan Metode Process Optimization di Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Setdaprovsu

Kesejahteraan masyarakat merupakan salah satu perhatian utama pemerintah; namun, pelaksanaan layanan di Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara terhambat oleh prosedur manual, integrasi sistem yang kurang memadai, dan efisiensi yang menurun. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesejahteraan dengan menggunakan teknik optimalisasi proses melalui pendekatan Waterfall Model. Pendekatan ini mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian black-box, dan pemeliharaan sistem berbasis PHP dan MySQL. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan secara efektif meningkatkan efisiensi pekerjaan, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan data, dan mempercepat dan memperjelas akses pengguna terhadap informasi. Sistem ini telah menunjukkan respons terhadap persyaratan pelanggan melalui validasi fitur yang sesuai. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi optimalisasi proses dapat secara substansial meningkatkan kinerja layanan kesejahteraan. Peneliti menganjurkan untuk terus menerapkan pelatihan personel untuk mencapai penguasaan sistem, dengan peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan beradaptasi di masa mendatang dan menjaga kesinambungan layanan.
