Penilaian dan Prediksi Umur Jembatan Dengan Metode BMS di Jalan Karya Cilincing Kecamatan Medan Barat

Jembatan memainkan peran vital dalam mendukung mobilitas masyarakat dan distribusi barang, terutama di Indonesia yang memiliki tantangan geografis. Namun, penurunan kualitas jembatan akibat faktor beban lalu lintas, kondisi lingkungan, dan usia struktur sering kali menjadi ancaman terhadap keselamatan dan fungsionalitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kondisi jembatan di Jl. Karya Cilincing, Kec. Medan Barat, menggunakan metode Bridge Management System (BMS) untuk menilai tingkat kerusakan, menentukan prioritas perbaikan, dan memprediksi sisa umur jembatan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi inspeksi visual terhadap elemen jembatan, termasuk railing, lantai, dan rangka baja, serta pengelompokan kondisi berdasarkan skala BMS. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan BMS, jembatan ini diperkirakan memiliki sisa usia sekitar 18 tahun jika dilakukan perawatan secara berkala dan tepat sasaran.
