Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah perusahaan industru skala kecil, investasi penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN), dan nilai outpot industri terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sector industry skala kecil di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan data panel 34 provinsi selama periode 2019 – 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah perusahaan industry skala kecil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, sementara investasi PMDN dan nilai output industry menunjukkan pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mendukung pertumbuhan jumlah perusahaan skala kecil melalui kebijakan yang terfokus, guna meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja dan mendukung dinamika perekonomian nasional.
