Studi Analisa Pengaruh Kumparan Desain 9 Fasa Simetris Terhadap Efisiensi Motor Induksi 3 Fasa Dengan Desain 3 Lapis dan Desain Kutup Dibuat Secara Berurutan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh desain kumparan 9 fasa terhadap efisiensi motor berdasarkan desain kumparan 3 fasa simetris. Karena motor ini menggunakan daya tiga fasa, maka diharapkan akan tercipta motor induksi tiga fasa baru yang memiliki kinerja lebih baik tanpa mengeluarkan biaya tambahan yang mahal untuk mengoperasikan motor tersebut. Penelitian dimulai dengan mendata motor induksi yang digunakan. Motor induksi M1 dan M2 dilakukan pengujian atau uji coba untuk diambil data awal berupa arus, tegangan, faktor daya, efisiensi, torsi dan kecepatan. Kemudian lilitan motor diubah dengan desain 9-fasa sistem tiga lapis simetris kemudian menghubungkan kumparan seolah-olah bekerja dengan sistem 3-fasa. Analisa hasil perbandingan M1 dan M2 yaitu efisiensi dan kecepatan. Kecepatan motor induksi 3-fasa Konvesional lebih cepat dibandingkan motor induksi 3-fasa 9-fasa simetris terhadap efesiensi motor induksi 3-fasa desain 9-fasa dikarenakan efesiensi lebih besar dari motor induksi Konvesional. Hal ini dikarenakan motor induksi 3-fasa desain –fasa simetris terhadap efesiensi motor induksi 3-fasa dengan sistem 3 lapis kumparan 3 fasa.
