AbstractDalam rangka membentuk generasi yang mampu beradaptasi dengan dinamika teknologi, kehadiran guru yang inovatif di jenjang sekolah dasar menjadi sangat krusial. Perilaku inovatif guru menggambarkan kemampuan berkreasi, menemukan solusi baru, serta menyusun strategi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah beserta guru yang membidangi kurikulum, diketahui bahwa tingkat inovasi guru masih belum mencapai hasil yang diharapkan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua guru menunjukkan perilaku inovatif dalam praktik mengajarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar kontribusi budaya sekolah, kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah, dan kompetensi digital guru terhadap kinerja guru melalui perilaku inovatif guru di SD Cahaya Bangsa Utama, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis mengenai hubungan kausalitas. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan guru SD Cahaya Bangsa Utama sebanyak 35 responden, yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner ini dianalisa dengan software SmartPLS Versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru; 2) Kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru; 3) Kompetensi Digital guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru; 4) Perilaku inovatif guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
