Analisis Human Capital Inflasi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia Periode 2016-2020

Abstrak
Dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi khususnya negar berkembang pasti menghadapi berbagai masalah. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat pertumbuhani ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Dalam kajian ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktori yang mempengaruhi tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Dalami studi teoritis, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi meliputi human capital, inflasi, dan produk domestic bruto sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam teori pertumbuhan menurut model Solow-Swan. Alat analisis yang digunakani adalah analisis regresii bergandai dengan menggunakan programi SPSSi 23. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisi dan menilai faktor-faktori yang mempengaruhi tingkat pertumbuhani ekonomi dengan memfokuskan pada beberapa faktor, seperti populasi, investasi, dan human capital index. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Data yang diteliti berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) di Indonesia, selama lima tahun, dari 2016 hingga 2020. Dari hasil penelitian dan kajian teoritis dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam kurun waktu 2016-2020 terdapat hubungan negatif antara human capital dan produk domestic bruto dengan pertumbuhan penduduk, atau dapat dikatakan bahwa angka human capital dan inflasi telah menurunkan pendapatan perkapita penduduk orang Indonesia.

Abstract
In economic growth, especially developing countries, they inevitably face various problems. There are several factors that can affect the growth rate of the economy. This study aims to describe the factors that affect the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. In this study, this study aims to describe the factors that affect the level of economic growth in Indonesia. In theoretical studies, the factors influencing economic growth include human capital, inflation, and gross domestic product as described in growth theory according to the Solow-Swan model. The analytical tool used is a joint regression analysis using SPSSi 23 programi. This study aims to analyze and assess the factors that affect the economic growth rate by focusing on several factors, such as population, investment, and human capital index. The method used in this study is panel data regression. The data studied came from the Badani Pusati Statistiki (BPS)i in Indonesia, for five years, from 2016 to 2020. From the results of research and theoretical studies, it can be concluded that in the period 2016-2020 there was a negative relationship between human capital and gross domestic product with population growth, or it can be said that human capital figures and inflation have reduced the per capita income of the Indonesian population.
