Abstract

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tengku Afzan Pahang Malaysia, sebagai upaya strategis untuk bekerjasama lintas negara dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja  terhadap pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah rendahnya kemampuan remaja dalam menjalankan praktik kebersihan pribadi secara konsisten. Strategi intervensi yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, kegiatan praktik langsung, serta penguatan pemahaman melalui diskusi terarah. Evaluasi berbasis pretest dan posttest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan sebesar 10,1 poin dengan hasil uji statistik p = 0,000. Program ini turut berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian tujuan SDG’s poin ke-3 dan ke-4, serta model kegiatan ini dapat dijadikan rujukan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian yang bersifat lintas negara dan berbasis edukasi remaja.
