Stabilitas keamanan pascakonflik di Lebanon Selatan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari peran United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) sebagai instrumen pemeliharaan perdamaian multidimensional. Indonesia, melalui Satgas Kontingen Garuda (Konga) XXIII-J, berkontribusi dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan keamanan dan sosial melalui implementasi Civil Military Cooperation (CIMIC) dan patroli gabungan (joint patrol). Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana kedua instrumen tersebut dijalankan serta implikasinya terhadap hubungan sipil–militer, stabilitas keamanan lokal, dan diplomasi pertahanan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, memanfaatkan wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan analisis tematik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CIMIC berfungsi sebagai mekanisme konstruksi kepercayaan sosial dan legitimasi pasukan perdamaian, sementara patroli gabungan berperan sebagai instrumen deterrence simbolik dan penguatan interoperabilitas keamanan. Namun demikian, efektivitas keduanya masih dibatasi oleh perbedaan budaya organisasi militer, fragmentasi SOP multinasional, serta keterbatasan koordinasi sipil–militer. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa CIMIC dan joint patrol bukan sekadar instrumen teknis operasi perdamaian, melainkan bagian dari strategi diplomasi pertahanan Indonesia yang merepresentasikan transformasi peran militer dalam politik global kontemporer.
