Pengembangan Kompetensi Mahasiswa Melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata 161 UINSU (KKN) di Desa Suka Maju

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa sekaligus memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi masyarakat Desa Suka Maju, Kecamatan Tanjung Pura, Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, menggunakan data primer dari mahasiswa KKN Kelompok 161 UINSU dan data sekunder melalui wawancara, observasi, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok KKN 161 UINSU berperan aktif dalam pengabdian masyarakat melalui pelatihan UMKM, peningkatan akses pendidikan, pencegahan stunting, serta kegiatan lingkungan. Partisipasi aktif mahasiswa, didukung oleh pemerintah desa, berkontribusi dalam peningkatan keterampilan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, tantangan berupa keterba.
