Abstract

Investasi asing langsung (FDI) memainkan peran krusial dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi makro di Asia Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi FDI terhadap perkembangan ekonomi di kawasan ini serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi arus investasi. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai sumber informasi, termasuk artikel jurnal dan laporan kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FDI tidak hanya memberikan suntikan modal tetapi juga transfer teknologi, peningkatan keterampilan tenaga kerja, dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti ketidakpastian politik dan regulasi yang tidak stabil, kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung dan infrastruktur yang baik dapat meningkatkan daya tarik investasi asing. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk memaksimalkan manfaat FDI, negara-negara di Asia Tenggara perlu terus berinovasi dan menciptakan lingkungan investasi yang kondusif.
