Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pembelajaran bola voli di MTsN 3 Pekanbaru yang cenderung monoton dan membosankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap keterampilan bermain bola voli siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Data keterampilan bermain bola voli siswa dikumpulkan melalui tes, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran TGT terhadap peningkatan keterampilan bermain bola voli siswa. Model TGT memberikan variasi dalam pembelajaran dan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa melalui aktivitas permainan dan turnamen.
