Peran Struktur Sosial Budaya Dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakat di Era Pembangunan 5.0 di Desa Sampali

Pembangunan 5.0 menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam berbagai aspek pembangunan, termasuk dalam bidang sosial dan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran struktur sosial budaya dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat di Desa Sampali serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi program yang telah dirancang. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun masyarakat memiliki semangat tinggi untuk berpartisipasi dalam program sosial budaya, terdapat ketidakjelasan dalam perkembangan dan kelanjutan program yang telah dirancang. Hal ini disebabkan oleh lambatnya proses administratif, terutama dalam penerbitan Surat Keputusan (SK) oleh pihak berwenang. Akibatnya, inisiatif masyarakat terhambat, dan partisipasi dalam pembangunan sosial budaya menjadi terbatas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya reformasi dalam sistem birokrasi agar partisipasi masyarakat dapat lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.
