Abstract

Di tengah krisis kepercayaan pada institusi politik formal dan maraknya populisme digital, gaya kepemimpinan populis menjadi alternatif yang menarik perhatian publik. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan Dedi Mulyadi sebagai sebuah wujud praktik Pancasila di era kontemporer. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengolah data primer dari konten kanal YouTube "KANG DEDI MULYADI CHANNEL" dan data sekunder berupa studi literatur serta data survei. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa Dedi Mulyadi secara efektif mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila, terutama Sila Kemanusiaan yang Adil dan Beradab serta Keadilan Sosial bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia, melalui narasi dan aksi populis yang menyentuh langsung masyarakat marjinal. Gaya kepemimpinannya yang membumi, komunikatif, dan memanfaatkan media digital terbukti menjadi model yang efektif dalam membumikan Pancasila. Namun, model ini berisiko menciptakan kultus individu yang berpotensi mengesampingkan peran institusi demokrasi formal.
