Abstract

Pembuktian matematika merupakan pilar fundamental yang menopang kebenaran setiap teorema dan dalil. Di balik rigorusitas pembuktian tersebut, terdapat struktur logika yang sistematis. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran sentral logika predikat sebagai alat formal untuk menganalisis dan memvalidasi argumen-argumen dalam pembuktian matematika. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada beberapa pembuktian dasar, artikel ini mengilustrasikan bagaimana konsep-konsep kunci dalam logika predikat-seperti kuantor universal (∀) dan eksistensial (∃), variabel, dan predikat-diaplikasikan untuk menerjemahkan pernyataan matematis ke dalam bentuk simbolik yang presisi dan bebas ambiguitas. Analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa logika predikat tidak hanya menyediakan kerangka kerja untuk memverifikasi keabsahan suatu bukti, tetapi juga memperjelas alur penalaran dan asumsi yang mendasarinya. Kajian ini merujuk pada materi dari "Modul Dasar Logika dan Matematika" Universitas Pembangunan Jaya dan "Hubungan Antara Logika Proposisi Dengan Logika Predikat" dari Universitas Diponegoro untuk membangun landasan teoretisnya.
