Pengaruh Tingkat Usabilitas Terhadap Pemanfaatan Electronic Flight Bag oleh Pilot Lion Air pada Fase Approach

Fase approach merupakan fase penerbangan dengan tuntutan kognitif tertinggi dan risiko keselamatan terbesar. Penggunaan Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) sebagai pengganti dokumen penerbangan berbasis kertas memiliki implikasi langsung terhadap efisiensi dan keselamatan pilot pada fase tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena sejauh mana pilot memanfaatkan EFB secara optimal pada fase approach sangat bergantung pada persepsi usabilitas alat tersebut, namun kajian pada pilot maskapai komersial di Indonesia masih minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi usabilitas EFB terhadap tingkat pemanfaatan operasional EFB oleh pilot Lion Air pada fase approach. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif kausal, dipilih karena dapat mengukur besaran pengaruh antarvariabel secara statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi usabilitas EFB berada pada kategori Excellent (rata-rata 81,97) dan tingkat pemanfaatan operasional berada pada kategori tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi usabilitas terhadap tingkat pemanfaatan operasional EFB dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 67,7%. Kesimpulannya, usabilitas sistem EFB merupakan prediktor penting dalam optimalisasi pemanfaatan perangkat di kokpit. Direkomendasikan bagi maskapai untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas antarmuka aplikasi EFB.
