Perlindungan Hukum Bagi 47 Karyawan yang Terkena Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja Sepihak oleh PT. Sokonindo Automobile

Indonesia merupakan Negara hukum dimana sebagai suatu Negara,Pemerintah dituntut mensejahterakan rakyatnya dengan cara menyediakan dan mengatur mengenai pekerjaan rakyatnya. Namun kondisi yang tak terduga terkadang menghampiri tidak mengenal waktu seperti adanya pemutusan hubungan kerja terhadap 47 karyawan pabrik mobil PT. Sokonindo Automobile dimana perusahaan tersebut dilaporkan telah memutus hubungan kerja karyawannya secara sepihak. Maka diperlukannya perlindungan hukum bagi karyawan serta upaya-upaya dalam penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan kerja dengan adanya Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan serta Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 Tentang Penyelesaian sengketa Industrial dapat menunjukan upaya pemerintah dalam melindungi hak rakyatnya.
