Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, memahami, dan menganalisis kode etik Aparat Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam lembaga Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dan empiris dengan melakukan pendekatan perundang-undangan, analisis jurnal, dan metode wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan kode etik, ASN diwajibkan memiliki kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan berintegritas tinggi.
