Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan komunikasi antara guru dan siswa di tingkat dasar dengan fokus pada pembangunan keterhubungan positif dalam proses pembelajaran. Komunikasi yang efektif antara guru dan siswa memiliki peran sentral dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang memotivasi dan mendukung perkembangan siswa. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini menyelidiki literatur terkait praktik komunikasi yang telah terbukti berhasil dalam meningkatkan interaksi positif di lingkungan pendidikan dasar.
