Abstract

Dari penelitian ini memiliki maksud untuk mengetahui pola asuh orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar anak, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 60 orang. Di peroleh hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel pola asuh orang tua (X) terhadap motivasi belajar anak (Y) di Desa Lalang Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan. Besar pengaruhnya 65,20 % dan sisanya 34,8% yang di tentukan oleh penyebab lain yang tidak termasuk dalam peneliatan ini. Pengaruh ini di gambarkan dengan setiap kenaikan variabel pola asuh orang tua (X) akan di ikuti setiap kenaikan oleh variabel motivasi belajar anak (Y) 0,777 dengan korelasi pearson produk momen antara pola asuh orang tua dan motivasi belajar anak sebesar 0,808 dan sig (2- Tailed) 0,000.
