Kekerasan terhadap perempuan dalam rumah tangga adalah isu kompleks yang memerlukan perhatian serius dari semua pihak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana berfokus pada analisis norma hukum yang berlaku dan penerapannya dalam kasus konkret, dengan menggunakan bagan hukum seperti UU PKDRT, peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait. Salah satu isu utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT), yang diakui sebagai masalah global yang serius yang terutama mempengaruhi kesehatan mental dan fisik.
