Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan literasi spesifik mahasiswa di berbagai disiplin ilmu melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner (36 responden), wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 66,7% mahasiswa merasa memiliki kemampuan membaca akademik yang memadai, namun ditemukan kesenjangan dalam: (1) verifikasi sumber informasi (33,3% menggunakan sumber tanpa pemeriksaan kredibilitas), (2) pemahaman struktur ilmiah (22,2% belum paham), dan (3) analisis data (66,7% membutuhkan peningkatan). Temuan mengungkap kebutuhan literasi yang berbeda antar disiplin, seperti literasi numerik untuk teknik dan literasi kritis untuk ilmu sosial. Penelitian merekomendasikan pengembangan modul literasi spesifik, integrasi pelatihan metodologi penelitian, dan sistem pendampingan berbasis peer-tutoring. Implikasi penelitian ini mendukung penguatan kebijakan literasi di perguruan tinggi sesuai kerangka UNESCO (2023) tentang pendekatan kontekstual.
