Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program literasi informasi di kampus melalui workshop, perkuliahan, atau program lainnya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan evaluasi berdasarkan model Kirkpatrick, yang mencakup reaksi peserta, tahap belajar, perubahan perilaku, dan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program literasi informasi secara umum dinilai memuaskan, namun masih perlu perbaikan untuk memenuhi harapan peserta sepenuhnya. Strategi perbaikan meliputi peningkatan durasi program, pengembangan materi yang lebih relevan, dan integrasi dengan kurikulum akademik. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana meningkatkan efektivitas program literasi informasi di kampus, yang penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa. Penelitian serupa menunjukkan bahwa kelas literasi informasi dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan sumber daya informasi, namun masih terdapat hambatan seperti penyebaran informasi yang belum merata dan keterbatasan sumber daya teknis. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan efektivitas program literasi informasi memerlukan perhatian terhadap faktor-faktor ini.
