Efektivitas Metode Small-Sided Games Terhadap Peningkatan Teknik Dasar Dribbling dan Passing Pemain Sepak Bola Talenta Aceh U-15

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode latihan Small-Sided Games (SSG) terhadap peningkatan teknik dasar dribbling dan passing pada pemain sepak bola Talenta Aceh U-15. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan sampel 31 pemain yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen menggunakan tes passing sepak bola (validitas = 0,963; reliabilitas = 0,900). Program SSG dilaksanakan selama enam minggu (18 sesi) di Lapangan Stadion Harapan Bangsa Banda Aceh pada Oktober 2025. Analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test dengan SPSS versi 25. Uji prasyarat menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal (Asymp. Sig pretest = 0,729; posttest = 0,355, keduanya > 0,05) dan homogen (Sig. = 0,374 > 0,05). Hasil uji t menunjukkan t hitung = 7,326 > t tabel = 2,04 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Rata-rata skor meningkat dari 6,77 (pretest) menjadi 10,03 (posttest), dengan peningkatan sebesar 49,25%. Disimpulkan bahwa metode SSG berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling dan passing pemain sepak bola Talenta Aceh U-15.
