Daya Dukung dan Pemilihan Pondasi Bored Pile pada Rumah Tinggal Dua Lantai di Brebes

Kondisi tanah aluvial dengan muka air tanah tinggi di Jalan Cemara Barat, Kabupaten Brebes, sering menimbulkan genangan yang menjadi kendala dalam pembangunan rumah tinggal dua lantai. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik tanah, menentukan jenis pondasi yang sesuai, serta mengevaluasi pengaruh kondisi lapangan terhadap pelaksanaan pondasi bored pile. Penelitian dilakukan melalui analisis data uji sondir (CPT), observasi lapangan, pengukuran dimensi lubang bor, dan dokumentasi pelaksanaan konstruksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lapisan tanah permukaan memiliki daya dukung rendah sehingga tidak memenuhi syarat untuk pondasi dangkal. Nilai tahanan konus meningkat pada kedalaman yang lebih besar, sehingga pondasi bored pile dipilih untuk menyalurkan beban bangunan ke lapisan tanah yang lebih kuat. Pondasi bored pile berdiameter 300 mm dengan kedalaman sekitar 9 m direkomendasikan dengan daya dukung sekitar 269,31 kN. Selain mampu memenuhi persyaratan daya dukung, metode ini juga menghasilkan getaran dan kebisingan yang rendah sehingga sesuai diterapkan pada kawasan permukiman padat. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengkaji pengaruh variasi muka air tanah terhadap mutu beton dan kinerja jangka panjang pondasi.
