Optimalisasi Profesionalisme Personel Satuan Intelijen Militer sebagai Upaya Menghadapi Gerakan Separatis di Wilayah Rawan Konflik

Ancaman gerakan separatis di salah satu wilayah Indonesia bagian timur menuntut peningkatan profesionalisme personel intelijen dalam mendukung stabilitas keamanan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kapabilitas personel intelijen, pemanfaatan teknologi siber, serta strategi optimalisasi profesionalisme personel dalam menghadapi ancaman separatis. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada salah satu satuan intelijen militer di Kota Ambon dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi personel, pengalaman operasi, kemampuan analisis intelijen, serta pemanfaatan teknologi siber, khususnya Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), belum optimal akibat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, sarana pendukung, dan prosedur operasional. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas personel, modernisasi teknologi intelijen, pembaruan standar operasional, serta penguatan koordinasi antarinstansi guna meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas intelijen dalam menjaga keamanan wilayah.
