Peran Teknologi Era 5.0 Dalam Pemasaran Digital Untuk Meningkatkan Loyalitas Konsumen

Era 5.0 membawa perubahan fundamental dalam praktik pemasaran modern. Kehadiran Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), dan media sosial mendorong pergeseran strategi bisnis dari sekadar penawaran produk menuju penciptaan pengalaman konsumen yang menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan tujuan menelaah peran teknologi Era 5.0 dalam pemasaran digital serta kontribusinya terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi mampu meningkatkan personalisasi layanan, memperkuat keterlibatan konsumen, dan membangun loyalitas jangka panjang. Namun, kepuasan konsumen tidak selalu berbanding lurus dengan loyalitas, sehingga perusahaan perlu mengelola komunikasi, interaksi emosional, serta komunitas merek secara konsisten dan berkesinambungan.
