Perbedaan Kompetisi Mengajar Mahasiswa PJOK Sebelum dan Sesudah Micro Teaching

Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi secara mendalam efektivitas mata kuliah micro teaching dalam mentransformasi kompetensi mengajar mahasiswa calon pendidik PJOK, dengan cara membandingkan performa mereka sebelum dan sesudah intervensi simulasi. Melalui pendekatan ini, penelitian berusaha mengungkap dampak pembelajaran mikro terhadap penguatan efikasi diri, akurasi pemberian instruksi motorik, serta kematangan pengelolaan kelas, yang pada akhirnya bertujuan untuk memvalidasi peran pelatihan skala kecil tersebut sebagai solusi dalam mengatasi diskrepansi antara teori pedagogi olahraga dan realitas pengajaran di sekolah.
