Penerapan Micro Teaching Dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Mengajar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani

Micro teaching merupakan salah satu metode latihan mengajar yang digunakan dalam pendidikan guru untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dasar mengajar calon pendidik. Dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, kemampuan mengajar tidak hanya berkaitan dengan penyampaian materi secara lisan, tetapi juga mencakup kemampuan memperagakan gerakan, mengatur aktivitas siswa, serta memberikan instruksi yang jelas selama kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran micro teaching dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Jasmani yang mengikuti mata kuliah micro teaching. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan micro teaching dapat meningkatkan berbagai keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa, seperti kemampuan membuka pembelajaran, menjelaskan materi, memberikan contoh gerakan, mengelola kelas, serta menutup pembelajaran dengan baik.
