Bullying di Lingkungan Kampus: Tantangan Dalam Mewujudkan Kehidupan Akademik yang Aman

Perundungan di lingkungan kampus masih kerap dipandang sebagai persoalan sepele atau bagian dari tradisi senioritas, padahal praktik ini mengancam rasa aman dan kualitas kehidupan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk dan pola perundungan di lingkungan kampus serta keterkaitannya dengan pengalaman pada jenjang pendidikan sebelumnya, sekaligus mengidentifikasi tantangan perguruan tinggi dalam mencegah dan menanganinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode tinjauan pustaka terhadap 15 artikel terindeks yang terbit pada rentang 2021–2026. Seleksi literatur mengacu pada alur PRISMA 2020, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan kerangka SALSA dan sintesis tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perundungan di kampus terjadi secara luas di berbagai negara, didominasi bentuk verbal, relasional, dan digital, serta berakar pada relasi kuasa yang timpang dan praktik normalisasi. Riwayat kekerasan relasional pada masa sekolah terbukti meningkatkan risiko menjadi korban di perguruan tinggi. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi kampus meliputi budaya hierarkis, rendahnya visibilitas kebijakan, ketakutan korban untuk melapor, luasnya dampak psikologis, dan penegakan sanksi yang belum adil. Pembahasan menegaskan bahwa perundungan di kampus merupakan persoalan budaya institusi. Oleh karena itu, kehidupan akademik yang aman memerlukan evaluasi tradisi kampus, sistem pelaporan yang melindungi korban, layanan konseling, sanksi yang adil, serta pembangunan iklim psychological safety.
