SMASH: Journal of Social Management Sains and Health (SMASH) is an open-access multidisciplinary journal dedicated to advancing scholarly research at the intersection of social sciences, management, science, and health. The journal provides a forum for original research, systematic and critical reviews, and theoretically informed empirical studies that examine emerging challenges, practices, and innovations across these interconnected fields. SMASH welcomes research addressing social dynamics, organizational and management practices, scientific developments, public and community health, health-related policies, and interdisciplinary approaches that contribute to a deeper understanding of complex societal issues. Particular emphasis is placed on research that demonstrates methodological rigor, conceptual clarity, originality, and meaningful implications for scholarship, professional practice, policy development, and community well-being. Through the dissemination of relevant and evidence-based knowledge, SMASH seeks to encourage interdisciplinary dialogue and strengthen connections between scientific inquiry, management practice, social development, and health outcomes at both national and broader international levels.
