Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi karena adanya permasalahan penerimaan hak dan kewajiban warga negara untuk mendapatkan akses Pendidikan yang layak bagi seluruh warga negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana akses Pendidikan di Indonesia yang belum merata terutama di daerah Bolaang Mogondow Selatan, Sulawesi Selatan. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kepustakaan dengan mencari sumber sumber dari jurnal, buku, atau referensi lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dasar permasalahan Pendidikan yang tidak merata di daerah Bolaang Mogondow Selatan, Sulawesi Selatan karena adanya beberapa faktor yang cukup menjadi permasalahan utama seperti; faktor ekonomi dan faktor lingkungan.
