Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis optimalisasi pengelolaan data kerja di Divisi Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan (Harkan) PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) untuk meningkatkan produktivitas SDM dan efisiensi proses bisnis. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi Analisis Beban Kerja (WLA), Perencanaan Beban Kerja (WLP), dan Perencanaan Tenaga Kerja (MPP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional, pengurangan keterlambatan proyek, dan peningkatan akurasi pengambilan keputusan. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup digitalisasi data dan pelatihan SDM untuk memperkuat kemampuan pengelolaan data. Rekomendasi ini mendukung transformasi digital di industri maritim.
