Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penguasaan teknologi digital dan kemampuan komunikasi profesional dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran stambuk 2023 kelas B Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan teknologi digital memperoleh persentase rata-rata 83,3%, kemampuan komunikasi profesional 80,7%, dan kesiapan kerja 81,3%, yang seluruhnya berada pada kategori baik. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan teknologi digital dan kemampuan komunikasi profesional berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa di era digital.
