Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak layanan perbankan online syariah terhadap perilaku keuangan masyarakat di Indonesia dari perspektif hukum Islam. Dalam perkembangan teknologi, layanan perbankan online syariah menjadi salah satu alternatif yang semakin diminati oleh masyarakat. Namun, penerapan prinsip syariah dalam sistem keuangan digital memunculkan berbagai tantangan dan pertanyaan terkait kesesuaiannya dengan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan dogmatik dengan analisis kualitatif berdasarkan sumber-sumber literatur hukum Islam dan data empiris mengenai perilaku keuangan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan perbankan online syariah berpotensi mempengaruhi perilaku keuangan masyarakat dengan cara yang lebih transparan dan etis, namun terdapat beberapa isu terkait kepatuhan syariah yang memerlukan penyesuaian lebih lanjut. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada otoritas perbankan syariah untuk memperkuat regulasi yang memastikan bahwa prinsip-prinsip syariah diterapkan dengan lebih konsisten dalam layanan digital.
