Pengaruh Academic Burnout Terhadap Tingkat Stress Mahasiswa Unimed

Pendidikan tinggi merupakan fase krusial dalam perkembangan akademik dan personal mahasiswa. Kombinasi dari berbagai tuntutan sering kali menciptakan tekanan yang signifikan, terutama ketika mahasiswa merasa harus mencapai standar tertentu dalam waktu yang terbatas. Tekanan yang berlebihan ini, jika tidak dikelola secara efektif, dapat memicu academic burnout. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Ada dua teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini: SBI dan PWI-SC. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan akademik tidak mempengaruhi tingkat stres siswa. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 14,1 persen dari tingkat stres siswa dipengaruhi oleh stres akademik, dengan nilai R kuadrat 0,141, dan 85,9 persen lainnya dipengaruhi oleh komponen lain.
