Analisis Technology Acceptance Model pada Minat Penggunaan DANA oleh Karyawan Arini Dental Care

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk menjelaskan minat karyawan Arini Dental Care dalam menggunakan dompet digital DANA. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampling jenuh terhadap 94 responden. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kemanfaatan diuji sebagai prediktor minat penggunaan melalui regresi linear berganda. Instrumen penelitian menunjukkan reliabilitas sangat baik dengan nilai Cronbach's Alpha di atas 0,90. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan (B = 0,469; Sig. = 0,005), demikian pula persepsi kemanfaatan (B = 0,351; Sig. = 0,030). Secara simultan, kedua variabel menjelaskan 48,6% variasi minat penggunaan (R² = 0,486; F = 42,939; Sig. = 0,000). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan memiliki kontribusi relatif lebih kuat dibandingkan kemanfaatan dalam konteks responden penelitian.
