Abstract

Pengelolaan data Letter C di Desa Purwodadi masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan proses pencarian data menjadi lambat, risiko kehilangan arsip, serta kesulitan dalam pengelolaan riwayat kepemilikan tanah. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan proses administrasi pertanahan desa menjadi kurang efektif dan membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan digitalisasi pengelolaan Letter C desa melalui sistem informasi berbasis website guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi administrasi pertanahan desa. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan teknologi berbasis web dengan fitur login pengguna, pengelolaan data pemilik, pengelolaan data Letter C, riwayat kepemilikan tanah, serta pemetaan lokasi tanah menggunakan Leaflet.  Sistem memiliki dua hak akses pengguna yaitu staf admin dan kepala desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibangun mampu membantu proses pengelolaan data Letter C menjadi lebih terstruktur, mempermudah pencarian data, meningkatkan keamanan arsip, mengurangi penggunaan dokumen fisik, serta mendukung proses administrasi pertanahan desa secara lebih efektif, efisien, akurat, dan terkomputerisasi
