Abstract

Manajemen olahraga merupakan disiplin yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan dalam kegiatan olahraga untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan efektivitas manajemen olahraga dalam meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan kegiatan olahraga, pengembangan atlet, serta peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif, penelitian ini menyoroti aspek-aspek utama dalam manajemen olahraga, seperti pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, penggunaan teknologi, promosi olahraga, dan pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen yang baik dan sistematis berperan penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi olahraga, mulai dari pelaksanaan acara hingga pengembangan prestasi atlet. Ditemukan pula bahwa kerjasama dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan serta penggunaan teknologi modern dapat memperkuat efisiensi manajemen olahraga. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan strategi manajemen olahraga yang terintegrasi untuk mencapai tujuan olahraga yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing tinggi.
